Leighton 1.1 — Mini, Standard, Pro

A clean-up of the whole Leighton lineup: a faster Mini, names that say what they are, and no Slow queue.

Try Leighton Mini

Leighton 1.1 is a clean-up of the whole lineup. The tier called Free has been rebuilt on a new reconstruction engine and renamed Leighton Mini — it is substantially faster than the free tier it replaces and comes back looking better, and now carries a small flat price instead of a weekly allowance. The Slow queue is gone entirely. What is left is four models with names that say what they are — Mini, Standard, Pro and Max — and a speed picker with nothing slow in it.

Leighton Mini — 25 credits, no longer the slow one

The free tier used to be the flagship model run on cheap hardware: the same long training schedule, just queued behind everything else, which is why it took the best part of an hour. Mini replaces that with a reconstruction engine built for small captures, so a generation now finishes in a fraction of the time it used to and the result is sharper than what the old free tier returned, for a flat 25 credits in the current denomination. It is still a real splat — the same editable PLY, no watermark, no extra licence restriction.

25 photos, and no weekly quota

Mini accepts up to 25 photos for camera alignment, then chooses 16 well-distributed registered views for its sharpest reconstruction. It is tuned for compact captures rather than being a full-size model with the budget turned down. The old two-a-week limit is gone: Mini is priced like every other model, so your credits are yours to spend on whichever tier a capture actually needs.

The models are now Mini, Standard, Pro and Max

Leighton 1.0 Free, Lite, 1.0 and Max were four names in three different formats, and nothing about them said which was bigger. They are now Mini, Standard, Pro and Max, in that order. Nothing about the paid models has changed — Standard is the old Lite, Pro is the old Leighton 1.0, Max is unchanged, and prices, limits and output are exactly as they were. Existing jobs in your library keep working and show the new name.

The Slow queue is gone

Slow existed to make the free tier affordable, and Mini no longer needs it. Removing it means the cheapest thing you can pick is no longer the thing most likely to leave you waiting: Standard speed is now the default and the floor for every paid model, with Fast still available on the H100 pool when a large capture is worth the surcharge. The full quote is always shown before you generate.

Paid models still cover the big captures

Mini is deliberately a small-capture tier. Rooms, buildings, properties and detailed product sets still belong on Standard, Pro or Max, which accept up to 3,000 photos or video frames with no subscription and no commitment. Max remains the large-capture model, with the full reconstruction budget on sets above 120 photos.
